What Do We Do?

We first attempt to identify and define problems facing our industries.

Einstein said, “A problem well defined is a problem half solved.” In deference to Dr. Einstein we frequently recruit steering committee members to guide and direct specific research projects. Our ideal composition of steering committee members will include all stakeholders and all subject matter experts and virtually anybody else who we believe can contribute to the effort.

Next, we develop a theory and research protocols to test or disprove the theory. We recruit industry providers to participate in the research by lending executives, field supervisors and incumbents to the research study. We collect data, clean the data, and undertake the most sophisticated statistical analysis afforded by professional statisticians and modern analytical software.

When a theory is proved or enhanced by the study we create practical tools for use by the industry so that they might employ innovative solutions to existing challenges.
