Several providers got behind an innovative project designed to create a research based, pre-screening, psychometric assessment to spot those applicants with the highest potential for performing successfully as a DSP. The objective was to develop an inexpensive survey, which could be administered to all applicants as early in the recruiting and selection process as possible, and completed online in 10 – 15 minutes or less, and easily interpreted by HR staff without the need for specialized training or special knowledge.
